    강남노브랜드에 가면 일단 뭐가 많다 / Gangnam No Brand has many different kinds of stuffs.

    다이어트 할 땐 마트에 간다=다이어트는 내일부터
    Going to a market when you're on a diet=need to start again tomorrow

    eggs and fruits will be helpful for your diet.

    여기선 구운계란 추천합니다.
    과일에 많은 당분은 몸의 인슐린 수치를 끌어올려 일반식을 겸하는 다이어트 할 시엔 소량만 드시길 권합니다.
    (저처럼 닭고기 싫어하는데 단백질이 필요할 땐 계란 흰자 4로 단백질을 채워보세요.)
    *동량 단백질: 계란🥚4개=🐔 닭 가슴살 1개

    Take baked eggs only.
    Sugar increases in insulin which means fruits would not be an ideal diet when you take usual meal.
    (If chicken is not your favourite like I don't but need to take protein, try below)
    *The same amount of protein: 🥚4 whites = 🐔 1 chicken breast

    Oatmeal has fiber!

    Oatmeal is a heaven of fiber that is the best breakfast when you eat less for your diet.

    1 box would be enough for about a month.

    한 박스에 대략 11봉지니까 저처럼 반포 드시면 한 달 아침식사로 거뜬할 거에요. 반포, 아몬드 약 10알, 꿀이면 딱 적당해요.
    The box has about 11 pouches. When you take a half of one pouch like I do, you would be able to survive a month.

    요거트도 당분이 제일 적은 것을 골라 드세요. 우유 섭취에 문제가 없다면 오트밀에 우유만 부어드셔도 좋습니다. 그리고 찬물 한잔이면 아침 화장실행 가능합니다. 🚻
    Choose yogurt which have the least sugar among what you have. If you don't have any problem to drink milk, just oatmeal with milk could be good for your morning. And a cup of cold water would help you to go to restroom. 🚻

    I was tempted to get some sweet drink from here though 😆

    물 2리터 마시기는 참 힘들지만 실내온도의 차 덕에 덜 힘들게 섭취 가능할 것 같습니다.
    It is hard to drink 2 litres of water in a day. But you can get room temperature tea from here.

    These are for babies but it'll help you not to think other sweets.

    당분도 적고, 밀가루도 없는 과자가 먹고 싶다면 아가용 유기농 쌀과자도 먹을만해요.(다만 아가들 먹기 좋은 밍밍한데 자연스러운 단맛임ㅋㅋㅋ)

    추억의 과자 달인 코스모스사에서 만든 달달한 쌀과자인데 무려 국산 쌀과자라고 합니다ㅋㅋ

    무엇부다 마음에 들었던건 말 많은 까놀라유가 아니라는 점!
    The best thing of this one is that the oil they used is not the Canola oil.

    You wouldn't finish this whole package yourself don't you;) Then it should be enough for once.

    I wonder does it mean that the company use only Korean rice.

    뒷면에 쌀(국내산)이라고만 써있는걸 봐선 66.27%쌀이 국산인 것 같기도.
    나머지 33.73%는 당분과 기름인가봅니다@@ㅋㅋㅋ

     완전 촉촉 달달=울 아빠 입맛에 딱
    so crunchy and sweet = my papito's favourite

    개인적으론 덜 달고 국산 콩고물 맛이 들어가면 더 맛있을듯
    I just think that it will be better if the company make this less sweet and put some bean taste.

    700g에 ₩9,980이 저렴한건 아니지만 배송 안 기다려도 된다 생각하면 딱 적당한 것 같아요.

     호두는 초코칩쿠키 먹고 싶을 때 초코렛과 동량급으로 넣어주면 간이 딱 맞아서 종종 사두고 있어요. 다이어트뿐 아니라 공부할 때 도움이 되어주는 호두도 추천

    I bake chocolate chip cookies with walnuts as much as chocolate. Then not only the taste is amazing but also good for students.
